EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or triggering. By using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds), EMDR can reduce the emotional charge of past events, allowing you to integrate them in a healthier way. It’s especially effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, and other emotionally charged experiences that still affect your present.

IFS is a gentle yet transformative approach that views the mind as a collection of “parts” - inner voices or aspects of ourselves - each with its own role and purpose. Instead of trying to get rid of difficult feelings or thoughts, IFS helps you understand and care for these parts, allowing them to transform. Unlike traditional talk therapy, IFS focuses less on analyzing the past and more on building an internal relationship with yourself that creates deep, lasting change.

Reiki is an energy healing practice that works on the subtle body to restore balance, release energetic blocks, and promote a sense of safety and calm. For trauma survivors, Reiki can help regulate the nervous system, ease physical tension, and create space for emotional processing. It can be especially powerful when combined with psychotherapy, as it addresses the non-verbal, energetic layers of healing that talk therapy alone may not reach.
