Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT 51429) | USC-trained | EMDR & IFS certified | Trauma-Focused Private Practice
Therapy focuses on identifying patterns as they emerge, connecting what keeps one feeling stuck with the process of meaningful change. The work is held in a compassionate, nonjudgmental manner, creating space for emotional processing that supports increased self-trust, openness, self-compassion, and access to one’s innate courage. Sessions are grounded in depth-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy and integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). When clinically appropriate, somatic and subtle energy-based practices may be incorporated to support nervous system regulation, trauma integration, and embodied awareness.
Over time, clients often experience emotional and somatic shifts that feel both grounding and empowering, with changes that naturally extend beyond the therapy room. The therapeutic relationship provides safety and containment, allowing the pace of external stressors to slow and supporting a deeper connection to the present moment and to one’s internal experience.
